Personal Training Policies and Procedures
๐๏ธ 1. Booking Sessions
You may book 1 personal training session per day
Sessions can be scheduled up to 3 months in advance
You can book a session as close as 6 hours before start time, if thereโs space
โ 2. Cancellations
All cancellations must be made through the booking app
๐ฒ Texts, emails, or messages are helpful โ but they do NOT count as official cancellations.
๐ Cancellation Types:
โ Early Cancel (12+ hours before your session):
The session goes back into your account to use another timeโ ๏ธ Late Cancel (under 12 hours):
The session is lost
๐ซ 3. No-Show Policy
Missing a session without canceling in the app is a no-show โ even if you text or email.
Every no-show = $50 charge + lost session
๐ 4. Recurring Appointments
Weekly recurring spots are available (if the time slot has space).
These follow the same cancellation and no-show rules
If you no-show 2 recurring sessions in a 30-day period, you will:
โ Lose your recurring appointment
๐ธ Be charged $50 for each missed session
โ 5. Extra Sessions & Billing
Your membership includes a set number of sessions each month
If you book and attend more than your monthly total, youโll automatically be billed $50 per additional session
The app tracks your usage โ please keep an eye on your session count each month to avoid surprise charges
๐ Some months may have extra weeks, which means more recurring sessions than your plan includes โ those will also be billed at the $50 rate
