Personal Training Policies and Procedures

🗓️ 1. Booking Sessions

  • You may book 1 personal training session per day

  • Sessions can be scheduled up to 3 months in advance

  • You can book a session as close as 6 hours before start time, if there’s space

❌ 2. Cancellations

All cancellations must be made through the booking app
📲 Texts, emails, or messages are helpful — but they do NOT count as official cancellations.

🕛 Cancellation Types:

  • ✅ Early Cancel (12+ hours before your session):
    The session goes back into your account to use another time

  • ⚠️ Late Cancel (under 12 hours):
    The session is lost

🚫 3. No-Show Policy

Missing a session without canceling in the app is a no-show — even if you text or email.

  • Every no-show = $50 charge + lost session

🔁 4. Recurring Appointments

Weekly recurring spots are available (if the time slot has space).

  • These follow the same cancellation and no-show rules

  • If you no-show 2 recurring sessions in a 30-day period, you will:

    • Lose your recurring appointment

    • 💸 Be charged $50 for each missed session

➕ 5. Extra Sessions & Billing

  • Your membership includes a set number of sessions each month

  • If you book and attend more than your monthly total, you’ll automatically be billed $50 per additional session

  • The app tracks your usage — please keep an eye on your session count each month to avoid surprise charges

  • 📅 Some months may have extra weeks, which means more recurring sessions than your plan includes — those will also be billed at the $50 rate
