An in-depth assessment process where we’ll learn about your goals, how your body currently moves, and how we can best design a program to get results.

We use what we learn from the assessment to design a training plan personalized to your specific needs and goals. This will serve as a framework for your sessions.

After we assess and design your program, it’s time to introduce you to the process! Your first actual workout will be a private session, where we show you the program, what a training session looks like, and (most importantly) get to work!

Your Intro month is our Elite membership at 80% off. Which means after you’ve completed an assessment and starting point, you have 8 personal training sessions to utilize in our small group model. We work with you during the assessment to map out how to best use them inside the first 30 days.

You’ll also have access to both our conditioning and mobility classes, which are designed to complement the personalized strength training program you now have. Your goals and needs will determine how these fit into your process.

Whenever the doors are open and the lights are on, you have access to the facility to execute your personalized program. Our coaches are always nearby and available for guidance, questions, or a spot. We’ve got you 💪

Our first priority in working with you is to do no harm.
Which is precisely why your first session is our Comprehensive Movement Assessment.
That’s the foundation that allows us to handcraft a training process for you that is productive and pain-free.
Our coaches are meticulously trained on troubleshooting pain and providing focused coaching in the midst of our 3:1 small-group setting. We leverage everything we ethically can within our scope of practice to help you navigate aches and pains.
Should we find ourselves not able to guide you through a session pain-free – we will happily refer you to one of our trusted practitioners to tag-team the issue.

Following your Starting Point Session, the 8 personal training sessions included in your Intro Month can be used at whatever frequency you like.
Our coaches will recommend a specific cadence based on your goals and results from your assessment, but we offer the flexibility because life has a way of….well….getting in the way.
